I have more than 14 years of experience in working with large scale IT-Infrastructure, where I have specialized in planning, deploying and supporting Unified Communications systems from both Microsoft and Cisco. Also covered in this experience is the integration of these products to customers existing infrastructure.
Before specializing in voice, my job consisted of planning, deploying and supporting Windows Active Directory solutions. Security and messaging was my focus area. Installations included (but not was limited to) planning, deploying and supporting Microsoft Exchange installations. My Exchange experience covers all versions since v5.5.
I have a strong understanding of Microsoft's workstation and server OS (NT4, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, 7 and 2008), and general network infrastructure components. Other areas of interests include (but not limited to): Mail sweeper, General Anti-Virus applications, General Firewall configurations (FW1 and ISA), Hardware installations, upgrades and maintenance and General Cisco IOS knowledge.
